DMA234-------SKateBoard Banner----Final Project

Here is it! my final project for DMA234 Andrew Tedford Class. We were asked to create skateboard story boarding banner. I used all my three skate board designs that i did in the first semester. I also did that actual Flash animation as an extra work. Check the next post.

DMA233-------Logo--for my Name

I did different variation of the logos. I had chosen number 11 as my final, and then applied colors to it.

DMA500-----Design for Mobile---Heinken--greenvision

This my concept Heineken application for iPhone. This project was pretty tough because you have to represent both brands designs on one display.

Project overview:

Project 4 - Design for Mobile Overview: - For this project you will be redesigning your mockup web sites for mobile or proposing a PDA app. - We will be working with the iPhone screen size and interface. - Print out the templates provided on Blackboard and sketch the designs first, they must also be submitted. - Your deliverable is to upload them to your domain and e-mail the links to your instructor. - Because of the size of the display, you will have to design two seperate screens for each to better show the client how it works.

DMA500------Eros------Branding/Website

This was a group project for two people to create a brand and website for tea and coffee company. I worked with Dan Nguyen, he came up with a content and logo sketches i made the design.

Overview:
- For this project you will be creating a mockup website as well as some branding for a client.
- This is a team effort, no more than two students per group.
- You will have to create 2 or 3 logo options, select imagery and suggest some colours for their brand.
- You will create a project folder structure that organizes all of your assets, images, logos, etc.
- The development structure will be uploaded to MOBY.
- You will e-mail a link to the client and host the image on your website.
Client Details:
- The company name is “EROS”
- They want to market themselves as a “Tea and Coffee Garden”.
- The client would like to see subtle hints of Greek Mythology.
- The want to look professional and modern.
Client Brief:
- This “start-up” company is looking to take a piece of the coffee shop industry.
- Their major competition is Starbucks, Symposium Cafe and Second Cup, while their secondary competition is
Tim Hortons, Second Cup, Coffee Time and Timothy’s.
- They want to connect primarily with the 18-34 year old crowd.
- The shops are designed around a garden environment with lots of plants and flowers as well as busts of Roman
and Greek figures in their shops.
- They focus on organic, healthy and natural foods.
- A major seller is their custom tea blends, which have a very elaborate setup including very stylish float tea
cups, different sugars and various types of honey and rose petals - they want a focus on this.
- They offer Wi-Fi, terminals that have access to the Internet access and they subscribe to various magazine and
newspaper publications.
- The company’s branding and logo are incomplete, so they are open to colour options and would
be happy to entertain a new logo.
- They want “simplicity accented with powerful and passionate imagery”.

The Fiberglass Depot is an online seller of fiberglass products, mainly fiberglass planters. We also custom fabricate other architectural facade products using fiberglass plastics or fiberglass concrete.

About the project:

We are looking for a professionally desgined logo to be used in our website and other printed documents. We want customer to easily associate our logo with our fiberglass planter products, as well as our custom architectural facade products.

About the company:

TradeYa is a Facebook application for friends to trade items, services and digital goods. The TradeYa app addresses two issues: 1) people have too much stuff they don’t use yet a never-ending cycle of things they need and 2) trading is most efficient within your trusted community.

About the project:

The TradeYa logo should encompass the aim of the Facebook application. The aim is to allow people to easily trade what they already have within their social circle. Logo should be clean, simple, and match well with the Facebook look and feel. We will be using the Facebook color scheme throughout the site, so make sure you make something that matches that. Trading, friends, saving money, saving resources should be reflected through the logo. The service is called TradeYa. Make sure it is one word and the T and Y are capitalized.

Back to Web Design again this time Good Ride. I did several versions so the client can chose what seems better for him. Personally I like the first top one the most.

It is a plan of what i will be doing for my banner project. I`ve chosen to create a banner for Music Therapy Clinic. I thought it will be cool idea to show a Doctor as Deejay:)
